§1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all inquiries, offers, and orders made via the website or through other means between the company “Stickerei Zander” and the customer. The GTC apply to both consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB) and business clients (§ 14 BGB).

§2 Services
The company provides services in the field of textile finishing, in particular:
– Embroidery (e.g., logos, names, custom designs),
– DTF printing (direct-to-film textile printing),
– Alterations and custom tailoring.
All services are provided exclusively based on individual agreements and specific customer requirements.

§3 Conclusion of Contract
No contract is concluded directly through the website. Customers may submit an inquiry via the order or contact form. A binding contract is only formed upon written confirmation or a mutually signed order.

§4 Prices and Payment
Prices are determined according to the individually agreed offer. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in full within 7 days of receipt of the goods, without deduction. All prices include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.

§5 Personalized Goods – Exclusion of Withdrawal
As all products are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications (e.g., with names, company logos, or other personalizations), returns are excluded. In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only accepted in cases of justified defects.

§6 Liability
No liability is assumed for damages resulting from improper handling or care of delivered or processed items. In the event of verifiable defects, the customer is entitled to rectification. Further claims, particularly for damages, are excluded unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

§7 Copyrights and Templates
Customer-provided templates such as logos, lettering, or other design elements may only be submitted if the customer holds the necessary usage rights. The client bears full responsibility for any infringement of trademark or copyright laws.

§9 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by German law. If the customer is a business entity, the place of jurisdiction is Ulm, Germany.
